Rusk Toast are fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), they are consumed on a daily basis by the consumers. It is a popular bakery product not only among elders but children . It supplements food and preferred by the Indian diaspora along with tea. After making an attempt to enter in the markets in the oceanic region with just mere presence and misaligned product channel fit the factory was not able to build a sustainable business.

Approach & Recommendations
Corporate International conducted a primary market research, identified the opportunities, forecasted demand, studied competition and analysed the failure of previous distributor and its distribution channel.
With the above background, three factors played a major role, getting the right partner, identify right marketing strategies and effective sales and distribution plan. Having corrected these factors, Corporate International was able to grow the business of the company fourfold by means of special promotional packages, special introductory offers and re-designing the packing to meet the market needs.
Results
Within one year of re-launching the product, the distribution of the product changed from a single point distribution to distribution in the entire ethnic market. This led to a fourfold increase in sales and growth.
